AI for Vietnam is a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded by Vietnamese AI professionals from top global tech companies. Our mission is to accelerate AI innovation for Vietnam’s sustainable development.
Through Project ViGen, in collaboration with Meta, NIC, NVIDIA, Viettel, and IoIT, we create high-quality, open-source Vietnamese datasets and AI tools—empowering real-world solutions for education, healthcare, and beyond.

Role Overview
We are looking for creative and detail-oriented Video Editors to produce high-quality videos that tell our story, showcase our impact, and engage our community. You will transform raw footage into compelling narratives that inspire action, working closely with our content, design, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Post-Production: Edit, assemble, and deliver polished video content, managing the process from raw footage to final export. This includes cutting, sequencing, color grading, audio mixing, and adding visual elements.
- Visual Storytelling: Transform complex technical topics (like LLMs, AI ethics, and B2B use cases) into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand narratives.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure all video content is consistent with our organization’s brand identity, style guide, and optimistic, professional tone.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to align visuals with campaign goals.
- Asset Management: Organize, archive, and maintain our growing library of digital video and audio assets.
Ideal Candidate
Must have
- 0–3+ years of experience in video editing (or a strong portfolio of relevant work).
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong storytelling skills and a creative eye for details.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and implement creative feedback.
- Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Strong technical skills in post-production, including color correction/grading, audio mixing, and encoding for various platforms.
- Advanced skills in motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
- Basic experience with video recording, lighting, and audio capture.
