Role Overview
We are looking for Project/Program Management Officer Executives (PMO Executives) to support our growing portfolio of initiatives. You’ll work closely with the Head of Operations and PMO Leads to ensure smooth project execution, effective coordination, and operational excellence.
This role is ideal for students, young professionals, or career switchers interested in gaining hands-on experience in project management within a high-impact nonprofit tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and follow up on deliverables.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items.
- Maintain dashboards, timelines, and status reports.
- Support risk/issue tracking and escalate when needed.
- Organize project assets, files, and logistics.
- Communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support local event or activity coordination when applicable.
Ideal Candidate
- Background or strong interest in project/program management; experience leading teams or complex projects is a plus.
- Excellent communication in English & Vietnamese.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Logical thinking and basic problem-solving.
- Comfortable joining meetings in US time zones.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion and Slack is a plus.
- Open-minded, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-moving remote team.
