AI for Vietnam (AIV) is a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded by Vietnamese professionals from the world’s leading technology corporations and prestigious academic institutions. We serve as a bridge between global AI advancements and Vietnam’s growing tech ecosystem, uniting a global network of over Vietnamese experts across the globe to accelerate the nation’s technological progress.

Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executives to help design, execute, and optimize campaigns that elevate our brand, engage our audience, and support the adoption of our AI initiatives.

On a daily basis, you will develop marketing strategies, translate them into actionable multi-channel campaigns, and manage execution across email, social, and partner platforms. You will also engage and grow the community by managing channels, publishing updates, and organizing community-facing programs such as webinars or AMAs.

Working closely with the Marketing Lead and cross-functional teams—including content creators, designers, and engineers—you’ll play a vital role in bringing our mission to life across digital channels. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing & Communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing campaign: Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives across social media, email, and partner platforms.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies that align with our non-profit mission and support our B2B and community growth objectives.
  • Community Engagement: Build and nurture a vibrant, engaged community around our technology. Manage our social media presence, create compelling content (blog posts, newsletters, technical tutorials), and organize community-facing events (webinars, AMAs).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our product, engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with our product roadmap and organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields (or equivalent project-based experience).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
  • Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, including content marketing, social media management, and email marketing.
  • A proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup, non-profit, or open-source organization.
  • Proven success in marketing to both B2B/enterprise clients and a technical/developer community.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing highly technical products (e.g., AI/ML, developer tools, or data platforms).
  • Experience with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Background in public relations or media relations.
