AI for Vietnam is a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded by Vietnamese AI professionals from top global tech companies. Our mission is to accelerate AI innovation for Vietnam’s sustainable development.
Through Project ViGen, in collaboration with Meta, NIC, NVIDIA, Viettel, and IoIT, we create high-quality, open-source Vietnamese datasets and AI tools—empowering real-world solutions for education, healthcare, and beyond.

Role Overview
We are seeking talented and creative Graphics Designers to bring our projects and campaigns to life through visually compelling designs. You will create materials that inspire, inform, and engage—from social media graphics to event visuals—ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.
Working closely with the Marketing and Content teams, you’ll help translate complex ideas into clear, impactful visuals that resonate with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design a wide range of digital assets, including materials for our website, social media campaigns, email newsletters, blog posts, and community forums.
- Translate complex AI concepts, data, and technical information into simple, engaging, and accurate visuals (infographics, diagrams, charts).
- Develop, define, and maintain our organization’s visual brand identity, including logos, color palettes, typography, and imagery guidelines.
- Collaborate with content creators, video editors, and marketing leads to develop cohesive campaigns.
- Organize and manage all brand and design assets, ensuring they are easily accessible to the team.
Ideal Candidate
Must have
- 2-5+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or visual communication.
- A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing excellence in digital design, branding, typography, and layout. (A link to your portfolio is required).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate your design decisions and reasoning.
Nice to have
- Experience in a non-profit or mission-driven startup environment.
- Experience designing for B2B technology or SaaS products.
- Skills in motion graphics (Adobe After Effects) or light video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro).
