Role Overview

We are looking for Project/Program Management Officer Leads (PMO Leads) to oversee project operations, ensure delivery excellence, and support our growing portfolio of initiatives. You’ll work closely with the Head of Operations and other PMO Leads to streamline workflows, guide PMO Executives, and maintain high-quality execution in a fast-paced, fully remote, global organization.

This role is ideal for students, young professionals, or career switchers interested in gaining hands-on experience in project management within a high-impact nonprofit tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, milestone tracking, and execution alignment across initiatives.
  • Manage PMO Executives: assign tasks, provide guidance, review outputs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure priorities, timelines, and dependencies are clear.
  • Build project dashboards, frameworks, and operating processes.
  • Oversee meeting rhythms: agenda planning, documentation quality, follow-up tracking.
  • Identify risks/roadblocks early and drive resolution.
  • Maintain project reporting for leadership and contribute to operational improvements.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven record in project or program management, preferably in tech, non-profit, or operations-heavy environments.
  • Proven experience leading teams or managing junior members.
  • Excellent communication in English & Vietnamese.
  • Analytical, structured, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Thrives in dynamic, remote-first environments with rapidly changing priorities.
  • High ownership, reliability, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable joining meetings in US time zones.
  • (Bonus) Experience in product, tech, AI, design, or operations.
